Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were originally included.
Affix Shipping Label
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and attach the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.
Inspection and Refund
